Spiritual Counselling is a therapeutic approach that embraces an individual’s spiritual beliefs and practices. Unlike traditional counselling, which primarily addresses emotional or psychological issues, spiritual counselling explores the soul’s journey, life purpose, and connection with a higher power or the universe.
My sessions with clients are ultimately to to guide you in finding out what is blocking your connection to the Real You/True Self/Core Being/Higher Self/True Nature.
Knowledge is power - then I will work with you in offering you practical steps, which are unique to you, to allow you to grow that connection to your True Self. Through this you can avail of this life energy which is aligned with the universal energy that has brought all of creation into being.
My spiritual sessions support individuals in aligning and living their lives in accordance with their spiritual beliefs and values. It is helping the individual to connect with their True Self within and access it's inherent wisdom.

How to Prepare for your Spritual Mentoring Sessions
Sample Questions
Clients come for a QHHT session for a variety of reasons therefore there are many questions that come up in the sessions. Please bring approximately 15 questions with you. These may be replaced with others that arise during the 2 hour initial conversation.

What is holding YOU back?
Sometimes what is holding us back may be current life trauma, of which we may not even be aware, as it resides below the area of conscious awareness.
Other times what can hold us back may be imprints within our souls, that we have carried forward from a previous life.
What is preventing YOU from being the person you want to be and leading your best life?
The solution to this is not in your logical mind, otherwise the answers would have been found by now.

Preparation
Avoid alcohol in the 24 hours prior to your session. Equally recreational drug use is contra-indicated for QHHT.
On the morning of your session avoid any stimulants such as tea, coffee, green tea, Cola, soft drinks, energy drinks or any sugars, as these stimulate the nervous system. If this occurs you will not obtain the necessary relaxation required for your session.
The session lasts approximately five hours so prepare accordingly and eat a good breakfast. One containing protein is best, as that will keep you fuller for longer, thereby diverting attention away from the physical body and attuned with the energy body, which is to the fore during the session.
Also ensure that you wear layers of loose comfortable clothing, as you may feel warmer or colder during the session, which happens during deep relaxation.
It is important to have no expectations before a session as each session is completely different. In my conducting of QHHT sessions no two have ever been the same. Your subconscious mind knows how to deliver exactly what is necessary for you, so you have the most beneficial session for you.
During the session you will always be completely present and aware. Remember at no stage can a hypnotist 'take over' your mind - all hypnosis is self-hypnosis and you are always in control. In fact your Higher Mind always looks after you and your best interests, as it has higher abilities than your Conscious Mind.
Your Higher Self connection may actually begin before the day of your session, in that you may receive awareness's or information from your Higher Self. This is because it knows the work you are setting out to do, and is paving the way for you to have your best possible session and ongoing connection.
Dolores Cannon has stated through her fifty years of doing QHHT sessions, that there is also a 3 day window after your session, in which your Higher Self remains actively working with you, to further deepen what has occurred in the actual session. In fact we now know that this frequency and connection continues for many months after your QHHT session.
I will record the hypnosis section of your session and I will send it to you within three days of your session. This delay is to allow the Higher Self to continue to do its profound work with you during the 3-day post session attunement.
Please note that because the session is conducted at such a high energetic frequency there are times when this interferes with the recording equipment and recording does not come out, despite the device apparently recording during your session. In this case you will receive a written copy of my session notes.
