Meet Carmel Farnan
Psychotherapist & Counsellor, MBPsS.
Carmel Farnan is a Psychotherapist and Counsellor with a double qualification in Psychotherapy and Psychology, and over 25 years of clinical experience. She offers online counselling to clients across Ireland, the UK, Europe, the USA, and Australia, providing a flexible and accessible way to receive support from the comfort of home.
Carmel is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society adhering to their recognised ethical and professional standards in all her practice.
Carmel works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. She provides a warm, confidential, and professional space, tailoring her approach to each individual’s needs with compassion and practical guidance.
In addition to traditional therapeutic approaches, Carmel is trained in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, an evidence-based method designed to help clients achieve meaningful change in a relatively small number of sessions. She is also the founder of the Irish and British Mindfulness Academies, integrating mindfulness into her work where helpful to support wellbeing and resilience.

Meet Annmarie Kennedy
Psychotherapist & Counsellor, IACP
Annmarie Kennedy has been working in psychotherapy and personal development training for over 20 years. She is a fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist in Ireland, holding a first-class honours degree (B.Sc. in Counselling and Psychotherapy) from Middlesex University and an MSc in Child and Adolescent Development.
Annmarie draws on a combination of clinical approaches, including Humanistic, Person-Centred and Gestalt therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and the therapeutic use of Mindfulness.
She has extensive experience supporting a diverse range of children, adolescent and adult, clients and practices under IACP supervision and code of ethics.
Annmarie’s goal is to work collaboratively with clients to find lasting and effective solutions for a wide range of personal and interpersonal challenges.
With her solution-focused approach and focus on clients’ resources, strengths, and possibilities, she empowers clients to take an active role in shaping the lives they want.
