Present Moment Living

This very moment is the only moment we have. Do not lose it by ruminating over the past or fast forwarding into the future. Today draw a line in your past – it is over. How you draw that line is that each time thoughts come up about the past, don’t feed them your precious attention. Without that attention these thoughts cannot stay alive. So, simply direct your thoughts onto the present moment instead. What can you see/hear/feel/taste/smell that’s around you right now? Now you are practicing Mindfulness, it really is that simple.
