Mindfulness Practice

The good news is that you don’t have to learn Mindfulness from scratch. We are all familiar with it as when we were young children it was our natural state to live in the present moment. What Mindfulness does is allow us uncover that natural state again. On day’s when your mood isn’t too good that natural state (the real you) is covered over by a heavy layer of thoughts. On day’s when your mood is better it is only covered over by a lighter layer of thought. Through the practice of Mindfulness you can step out of these heavy or light layers of thought right into the present moment. Then you are experiencing and not thinking. Remember the present moment is the only real thing there is.
