Mindfulness and Relationships

Remember your thoughts cannot think themselves, you have to keep feeding them your attention to hold them in place. Whatever you focus on grows. You are the boss of your thoughts, so decide right now what you are going to think about for the rest of the day. Why not focus on all the good things you have in life or focus on all the good qualities of people in your life. No need to pay attention to any of their bad points, too many thoughts have already gone onto their bad points. Put the same focus onto their good points and watch that relationship quickly transform.
