At the core of your being is something you were born with – happiness. A common mistake people make when they have negative feelings is to analyse why they are feeling negative. This is a mistake. Negative feelings dissappear when you distract yourself by focusing on what’s happening in the present moment. Analsying the negativity only grows it, because you are using more thoughts to analyse it. And thoughts are what has caused the negative mood in the first place.
